Significantly has been written about Torrisi Italian Specialties, the fantastic Italian-American restaurant on Mulberry Road, which includes Pete Wells’s review this week in the Torrisi spin-off, Parm. But nearly none of your attention has targeted on Torrisi’s strange all-American wine list, that has grown from the half-dozen bottles once the restaurant opened two ages ago to about 80 bottles now.
